Capabilities


The equipment currently used by R&D Plastics includes 25 molding machines, ranging in size from 5-ton clamp, 1/4-oz. shot capacity to 1,200-ton clamp, 8-lbs. shot capacity. In addition, we have requisite process control equipment, secondary process equipment and extensive quality assurance equipment, as well as maintenance and material handling equipment.
